Goldenrod envisions a community where all people are valued equally without exception.
We are responding to God’s call in our lives therefore our Christian faith undergirds everything we are and do.
We treat everyone with respect and dignity, and do what we say we will do.
We enter into accepting relationships with all community members for our mutual understanding and benefit.
We demonstrate compassion, selflessness and service to others in all of our interactions.
We expect quality of execution in our own work and the work of our colleagues.
We embrace change in ourselves and others, for this is how we grow.
Includes active communication, community engagement, embracing ability, stewardship, safety and of course having fun.
